Members

Membership:

Any person which believes in the acts of service of society can be a member of the society on the recommendation of governing body. There will be 2 types of members

Lifetime Members:

• The members who will donate 50 thousands or above to the society will be a Lifetime Member or unless they resign from the NGO of their will.
• They will be permanent invitee to any decision meetings & conferences.
• They will take part to Franchise their vote at the time of election.

Permanent Members:

The members who will help the society with Rs. 25,000 to 50, 000 will be Permanent Members. They can take part in any type of voting. If they are not working as an active worker their Membership cannot be for 3 years. If they work against the Aim & Objectives of society or harm the society in any way then their membership will be abolished.

Ordinary Members:

Those persons of the society who will help the society in anyway, either by giving donation or by doing productive work for welfare of the NGO but they cannot take part in voting if the election held for betterment of the society. They can deposit donation from Rs. 1000 to 10, 000.

2. Membership Fees:

The membership fee of Rs. 500 per month is compulsory from all members of the society for welfare of society. Any members can be dismissed if he will not pay 6 months fees regularly.

3. Removal from NGO:

1) Any member who is not working according to the rule & regulation of the society/not taking part in service of society or is not paying Rs. 500 per month he/she can be removed from the society. He should attend the monthly meeting regularly to fulfill the desire goals of the society.
2) Any member who perform the functions which are against the aims of the trust or it harms the dignity of the trust can be removed by simple majority of members of the trust and after that he/she cannot use the name of the trust in any way.

4. Funds:

The membership fee of Rs. 500 per month is compulsory from all members of the society for welfare of society. Any members can be dismissed if he will not pay 6 months fees regularly.

5. Account :

Accounts will be maintained from April to March of consecutive year and it will be operated by the nominated members of the trust nominated by the governing body.

6. Bank :

Any bank i.e. Govt., or Semi Govt. or Private limited bank can be chosen for opening & running the accounts.

7. Meeting of the Trust:

The Governing body shall meet as often as Possible at such a place and time as the President may deem fit provided that the President shall converse a meeting of the body if requested to do so by atleast 5 members of the body. Atleast one meeting shall be held in every third calendar month of the year.

• Mr. Mangal Singh will remain President for whole life until he resign or delegate his powers to next member of the society.

A notice of minimum days shall ordinarily be given for convening the meeting of the Governing Body. Half members of the Governing body constitute the quorum of the meeting. In the event of equality of the votes, president has the discretionary power to have a casting vote. In case of an emergency meeting 24 hour notice shall be given to each member of the trust.

8. Powers of Governing Body:

It is hereby expressly declared that the Governing Body shall be entrusted with and shall exercise and perform the following powers and duties:-

  • a) Generally to purchase, take on lease or in exchange or hire or otherwise acquire for the purpose of the society any movable or immovable property and in particular furniture fitting, books, newspapers, periodicals, apparatus, appliances and conveniences which the Governing Body may think necessary for the purpose of the society and to sell or dispose off the same any right or privilege which the said committee may think necessary for the purpose of the activities of the said society.
  • b) To make such arrangements for payment and discharge of all outstanding liabilities of the society as they may from time to time consider necessary.
  • c) To open Banking Account or Accounts and to operate thereon and for such purpose to empower members of the body or any of its office bearers individually or jointly to operate such accounts and to draw, accept, endorse or otherwise give discharge to cheques, bills of exchange, promissory notes and negotiable instruments.
  • d) To have complete control over the employees of the society including their appointments, remunerations, leave or discharge and delegate these powers to the extent necessary.
  • e) To have complete control over the finance of the society. The Governing Body shall be empowered to utilize and spend the same in the promotion of the interests of the society.
  • f) To have power from time to time to make such Bye-Laws, Rules and Regulations (not being inconsistent with these articles or with any upon or given at any annual or extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Body) for internal management of the body and for the regulation of all the activities and concerns of society as they shall think proper and from time to time amend or cancel any Bye-Laws, Rules and Regulations for the time being in force and to appoint and dismiss the staff and other employees of the society.
